In this program you will interact with two dolphins in their natural environment. You will be able to touch, hug and kiss a dolphin, plus you will feel the adrenaline rush as the dolphins push you to lift you above the water.

After your dolphin program, you are more than welcome to visit Chankanaab Park. Admission to this park is included in your dolphin program. In this natural theme park, you can enjoy the beauty of nature and even snorkel to marvel at the diversity of fish you will see.   • Children over 1.40 m tall will be able to participate alone in any program by paying the adult rate.
  • Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m will be able to participate alone in the Encounter program.
  • Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a ticketed adult.
  • Children under 1 m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that the vest fits them).
  • Admission to Chankanaab Park WITHOUT the swim with dolphins program costs $378 MXN for adults and $252 MXN for children.

Recommendations

  • Our natural environment is fragile, we must protect the reefs; for this reason, the use of sunscreen (or biodegradable) is not allowed in any of our programs.
  • For safety reasons, women 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after having signed the responsibility form. Women more than 5 months pregnant cannot participate in any of the water activities.
  • Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program, as you will receive an orientation beforehand.
  • We recommend you bring cash for cabs, shopping, meals and other expenses.
  • If you arrive in Cozumel by cruise ship, please check your itinerary before booking to avoid inconveniences. The time zone in Cozumel is UTC/GMT-6 hours during the winter and UTC/GMT-5 hours during the summer.
