• To participate in the Swim Adventure program, children 1.0 m to 1.20 m must be accompanied by two ticketed adults.
• Children from 1 to 5 years old (under 1.0 m) will be considered infants and may participate in the program free of charge by performing the basic activities (kissing, waving, hugging and hand targeting).
• Pregnant women cannot participate in the Swim Adventure program.
• Bring towels and cash for cabs, shopping, meals, etc.
• Use only biodegradable sunscreen for the protection of animals and the environment.
• It is important to arrive 30 minutes before the meeting point for the ferry departure.
• Keep in mind that your point of arrival on the return trip will be Playa Langosta. Consider this information if, for example, you leave a car at Marina Aquatours.
• For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
• The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
• All participants must be at least 1.20 m tall for snorkeling activities.

How to get to Dolphin Discovery Cancun Isla Mujeres

IF YOU ARE IN ISLA MUJERES ...

You can look for us at Camino Sac Bajo Lote 26, Laguna Mar, if you don't have a car, just take a cab to Dolphin Discovery, the driver will know where to take you.

Golf carts are rented all over the island and are the perfect means of transportation, you can check our map for the exact location of where we are. At various points around the island, you will find many maps of the island so you will always know where you are and how to get around to find us. No matter where you are, you will never be more than 15 minutes away from us.

IF YOU ARE IN CANCUN ...

If you are staying in the hotel zone, the easiest way to get to the starting point is to take the bus to Playa Langosta located on Boulevard Kukulcan (hotel zone) at kilometer 5, or to Marina Aquatours you will also find cabs that will take you (for about 10-30 USD depending on where you are) but we recommend the bus as it is cheaper (about 1 USD per person) and easier than a cab.
