• Children over 1.40 m tall can participate alone in any program by paying the adult rate.
• Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m may participate alone in the Encounter program. 
• Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a ticketed adult. 
• Children under 1 m tall will be considered infants and will participate in Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (a vest must be fitted).
• You must pay for the dockage at check-in, just before boarding.
• The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
• In Isla Mujeres, this program admits groups with a maximum of 10 people.
• Cameras are not allowed in the water. Professional photographs will be available for purchase.
• Don't forget to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
• For safety reasons, women 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program when accompanied by another adult and after signing the responsibility form. Women more than 5 months pregnant cannot participate in any of the water activities.
• Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program as you will receive an orientation beforehand.
• We recommend you bring towels, as well as cash for cabs, shopping, meals and other expenses.

How to get to Dolphin Discovery Cancun Isla Mujeres

IF YOU ARE IN ISLA MUJERES:

You can look for us at Camino Sac Bajo Lote 26, Laguna Mar, if you don't have a car, just take a cab to Dolphin Discovery, the driver will know where to take you.

Golf carts are rented all over the island and are the perfect means of transportation, you can check our map for the exact location of where we are. At various points around the island, you will find many maps of the island so you will always know where you are and how to get around to find us. No matter where you are, you will never be more than 15 minutes away from us.

IF YOU ARE IN CANCUN:

If you are staying in the hotel zone, the easiest way to get to the starting point is to take the bus to Playa Langosta located on Boulevard Kukulcan (hotel zone) at kilometer 5, or to Marina Aquatours you will also find cabs that will take you (for about 10-30 USD depending on where you are) but we recommend the bus as it is cheaper (about 1 USD per person) and easier than a cab.

Remember that we have 1 free ferry service that leaves at 9:00 am and returns at 5:30 pm according to your booked program:
